The problem I have on a few Win10 computers is 100% disk activity while I’m working or watching a movie. Of all the improvements Microsoft could make, they could tell me what’s causing it! Auto-updates could be one of those things. (It’s all under one process in task manager, so it’s hard to tell)

I think these studies are with people who are already highly active. Additional stretching does very little. If you are sitting all day in a chair, stretching can be the exercise itself.

I’ve been finding playlists to be the most useful YouTube feature. Just click on your own or someone else’s playlist and have it play funny videos or music videos, cast it to your TV or speakers and you don’t need to babysit your entertainment. I rarely autoplay subscriptions.

There must be a reason they market Lego as kits. I’ve only seen pieces sold at the Lego store and even then they have notes as to what kit they belong to - as in extra pieces for your kit. I almost bought like 500 1x2’s, but you actually need various sizes they do not carry in the same color.
