1. I am impressed that is some decent driving in reverse at speed. Lane changes, stop lights, an exit ... all of that. Honestly I have seen people drive WAY worse in forward directions

I think the problem is that you have different sized lights in symmetrical locations.  If you went with one light, or if you put the lights in asymmetrical locations, it would be better.
