I nominate her for sainthood.
I nominate her for sainthood.
The slogan “Don’t Mess With Texas” should be changed to “Don’t Mess With Texas Women.” Seriously, don’t.
God Bless Texas Women.
Hey sheriff...
I’m also not surprised by it, but I find it hilarious. You go, lady.
Men would find it difficult to get into medical or veterinary school without some diversity fudging. Women tend to have higher grades, more experience, and better attitudes about working their ways up.
My response to the Adam Corollas of the world is this, “You’re right, bro. Affirmative action and PC culture are stupid. So let’s make sure all the Asians get into top universities and become doctors and engineers. They’re so much smarter than white people, right?”
Agreed. I about had a rage stroke yesterday when two older women at work started talking about how ridiculous it is for women to come forward about something that happened years ago.
I think those women are either
This line pops into my head at least once a day. Whenever some guy bewails our PC culture, defends rape jokes, and whines that women just aren’t funny I think, who gets to say what is funny? Some fucking dudebro? Fuck that noise. Burn it all to the ground.
Geez that sure sounds like a threat. 😳
That’s what frustrates me so much, to be honest. Like, the history of Hollywood is nothing but proof that a huge amount of actors are replaceable. And sure, maybe Kevin Spacey never gets to act again. But so what?! There are hundreds and likely thousands of women and men who quit the industry over the last few decades…
What especially irked me is how he thinks he has any right to decide when to issue forgiveness for these men. I don’t care how much admiration you have for Spacey or Louis CK, you don’t get to decide to forgive them on the behalf of their victims, Bryan. You are not directly affected by what they did. Their victims…
Just read the Facebook comments on any article, the backlash has definitely begun. The most nauseating are from women telling other women to suck it up and not be a victim. Usually preceded by the good ole, enough already! It’s not only disheartening its rage inducing.
Agree completely. From looking at the list of Weinstein’s victims, there’s also a long list of talented actresses in their 30s and 4os whose careers mysteriously veered off track around the time they were assaulted or harassed. I wouldn’t be shocked if there are writers and journalists and comedians who’ve had the…
Cranston’s comments really irk me.
Eff it. Burn it all to the ground. I’m having less and less sympathy every day.
So, here is the thing about these guys saying this is a “witch hunt”: witches are not real, but sexual predators ARE REAL.
I have zero time for handwringing about these guys. Should they be able to have a basic standard of living and one or two people who enjoy them enough to keep in touch? Sure. I’m willing to engage in some advocacy on behalf of poor sex offenders in that vein. Everyone listed already has that, though.
