I think the owner of Icon once said that they find cars with real patina and leave them that way. They rework everything but leave the body with the original wear. So this is probably real patina, not a wannabe paint job.

Good catch. I traveled frequently till about 2006, and I can't remember any with the modern version of the logo. Must've been a huge batch of unwanted decals that made it to the island.

I bought a pair when they first came out. They fit absolutely perfect, at least on my hands. The leather is soft and they fit so well I don't want to take them off. The wrist section doesn't have straps, but they're so snug that they don't really need them.

I bought a pair of his stringback gloves, and I absolutely love them. Very nice product.
