If anybody could turn a concept into production without making a lot of changes it would be Audi. The TT concept and the TT production cars almost looked as if they were simply the kind of evolution you see in a model over time, rather than the accountants hacking away all sense of fun.

People forget their Costco cards? Why? How? This...this doesn’t compute!

I too find that the prices at the local grocery chains will beat Costco when the grocery items go on sale. But they’re not always on sale. So prices will be compared, and three weeks out of the month Costco will still be the better price.

I’ve seen $0.40/gal price differences between the Costco pumps and the other gas stations in the area. I don’t care how long I’m idling, I’m saving the money. Though...the local Costco just opened their second-expansion-in-six-years gas island last weekend. So hopefully the waiting will be less.
