Life long Floridian myself. I agree with you. I think it may satisfy some to say he is dog whistling, but this is a common phrase in the South, and I think this is more of 2018 optics than some old white guy being racist. Although he very well be racist.  He is from GA.

Uh, did you read my comment? Not questioning whether he did it intentionally or not. I am 100% positive he did. He just lacks the self awareness.

I love the rich irony of HamNo criticizing another site, with such insights as:

Its possible that happens, but I doubt it. If it get stayed immediately, like it most likely will, they would have no grounds to enforce the EO and would be on shaky ground if they overstepped and got sued.

This article is so rich. On the one hand Splinter lauds the coming “Progressive Wave” that will take over and push out the jelly spined “centrists”. Said wave is to be fueled by the young millennials who are the next generation and are sick of the “status quo”

Keep reading from your Heritage Foundation and Clairmont Institute talking points.

Not about the 14th amendment? Uh, did you read what I posted or did you just ignore it because it doesn’t support your argument? And its a nice bit of rhetorical nonsense to point to the Founder and Framers and their arguments, while not actually pointing to any specific argument to bolster your case.

No you aren’t. You are saying that you are, but you aren’t. You have said nothing about what the SCOTUS says, nor what the authors said. And you have an interpretation of what you believe the 14th amendment is but even your argument leave holes you could drive a truck through.

Don’t you know that “settled law” is fake news?

I believe if you are born here, then you are under the jurisdiction of the united states. And it also seems that this is settled law. See Plyer vs Doe.  You can read that sentence any way you want, but its not what you think, or frankly, what I think.  It matters what SCOTUS thinks.  And they have told us.

You can’t be subject to the jurisdiction of the United States if you are here illegally because you are subject to the jurisdiction of the place you came from - until you are offered citizenship by the US (so immigration process).

Constitutional amendments must be undone by Congress and the states.

So you read that headline this morning about “Trump to End Birthright Citizenship” and immediately knew that he actually can’t end birthright citizenship via executive order because it’s a constitutional amendment?

You answer your own question, only half way.

Aikman also had Emmit Smith as an RB. That kind of sort of helped, no?

Its year one for Mahomes. I am not a hater, and I am not poo pooing him. I am just saying, this has been said of many QB’s who debut and are electric, only to have sophomore slumps in year 2 and beyond.

In his defense, he had shoulder surgery in 2015 and it still showed in 2016. He was also part of the Harbaugh regime so that might have counted against him as well.

a bigger question mark, but if Josh Gordon is worth a fifth rounder, how is Amari worth a first rounder?

Why don’t you trying reading what someone ACTUALLY WRITES before calling it nonsense.

Are you mentally ill?
