Because I want to grind POE content on day one to stay “ahead of the curve” and I also want to play Cyberpunk. POE is F2P, their income based on micro-transactions.  Any dip in the day 1 hype means they aren’t going to sell as much stuff.

Yeah that’s what EA said about Anthem too....

The Valve Index was released in 2019 and is hands-down the best-in-class VR headset right now. It takes time to develop new hardware, freaking out about it when the Index has only been out for 18 months is kinda stupid.

EA, Ubisoft, and Activision are, no doubt.  They don’t give two shits about making good games anymore, and I can’t believe that any of the execs are actual gamers, just a bunch of number crunchers.

I'm with you. The Kindle is easier on the eyes, and I don't want my phone battery draining because I play media through it all day. I just carry an extra Android phone with no service on it when I need a media player, it's nice that it can still connect to wifi and browse if my phone dies.

They also don't ship with whisper mode on, somebody had to do it. I very specifically remember her asking me "I think you just whispered to me. Would you like me to whisper my responses from now on? "

Just gonna casually put it out there that if you are measuring ingredients you are already doing it wrong.

I wouldn’t say “every” example being removed is a cheap gag premised on racist history. It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia removed a blackface episode where the entire premise is “is it ever OK to do blackface?” The conclusion they come to is that no, there is NEVER an OK time to do blackface, it’s always racist (not

The tutorials have been completely re-vamped recently. You have to get a “pilots license” now by flying your ship through an obstacle course and completing some basic missions.

You conveniently cherry picked the part that supported your view there. What about the “go do the same side quest in every area” part that I definitely (let me check) yes definitely mentioned.

Did I say it didn’t have gameplay, or did I imply that it’s development wasn’t focused?

That’s like the funniest fanboy argument I’ve ever heard. It was a natural extension to the open world exploration game. They basically stole the open-world concepts from GTA III and combined them with the physics engine from Prince of Persia Sands of Time, both of which came out almost a decade earlier. Fallout and

So it only took until took 7 pieces of shovelware to finally make a change....at 60 bucks a pop you’re saying I can get some decent gameplay additions every 480 bucks or so?  That is an AMAZING deal.

Where exactly did the focus on gameplay begin? Last I checked we’re still using the garbage “You’re surrounded by 9 guys, but they are all going to politely take turns fighting you 1v1" system with the “go do the same side quest in every area” filler. Which sucks, because the story seems like it would be riveting to

I legitimately don’t even understand the appeal. “Hey guys, I hacked the best stuff into my inventory so I don’t even need to play anymore. I beat the game without trying!!”

Not to mention how many missions there were where you were expected to drive and shoot at the same time with said godawful driving controls. As someone who isn’t a GTA “fan” and just plays casually, Vice City and V were the only ones I could even “get into.” Bet I put 15-20 hours into IV and completely lost interest.

Paul Manafort did the same thing, claimed his gout was flaring up due to a lack of acceptable diet.

Maybe if Bloodborne ever gets a proper PC release they won’t have to jump through so many hoops to play around with them.”

They already backtracked the Series X thing and said that it may end up being more like a codename.  There might still be a Model X and a Model S, but that might not be “name” once they finalize marketing materials.
