This feels like a bit of a reach to me. The underlying apocalyptic motifs are largely overlooked by most people I know who watch the show. Sex, violence, intrigue, clever dialogue and compelling character development are what make it enjoyable, just like every successful piece of fiction in the history of ever.

I have the same dream for Jade Empire 2, but it's just as likely not going to happen.
