The only other big contrasting schemes are Pink/White ('girly'/romantic), Green/Red (Christmas), Yellow/Purple (cheap/discount store/toys), and of course Black/White, which lacks character.
Absolutely. I am a mega Bioware fan. I loved everything from Baldur's Gate through Neverwinter Nights, KOTOR, Jade Empire, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, even SWTOR. But DAI is an abomination.
I've played it and I absolutely agree. There is a pathetic, embarrassing amount of filler in DAI.
The entertainment provided on Twitch is hardly similar to that provided on network television.
Possibly, but does Lara sell her ill-gotten gains?
There's no way Lara Croft is a billionaire. The British aristocracy aren't that wealthy these days
Do you have no concept of two mature individuals consensually getting together for conversation and/or sex, without one person's time inherently being worth more because of their gender? Which one is that?
So which party are you supposed to support if you don't mind Wall Street, are pro economic liberalism ('libertarianism') and don't give a shit about Christianity or family values?
Given that they launched with less than 300,000 players, the number of unbroken subscriptions from launch day to today is probably less than 50,000. Still, it's a very generous gesture to the truly hardcore.

Perhaps it was different…
Sure, but within most US Colleges, Greek Life is usually less than 30% of the population. Only the biggest Southern colleges and a few in the North have a majority of students involved in Greek organisations. If you go to Harvard you won't see many fraternities, and the final clubs aren't that popular. If you go…
