Salaries in Poland are significantly cheaper. Also, The Witcher 2 has no motion-capped animations whatsoever- conversations play out as a bunch of present poses, which also (I imagine) significantly reduces animation cost. Furthermore, there are only a small number of tilesets in the game, given that it takes place

But half of those aren't even Playstation characters.

Microsoft gave him $40,000,000 to make Vanguard with almost absolute creative control and he still released an unfinished, buggy, POS of a game after 5 YEARS in development.

It is. Just because they renamed it, doesn't mean it is different. Just like EA renamed the Frostbite 2 to the Frostbite 3, and Crytek renamed the Cryengine 3 to just the "New Cryengine", it is the SAME.

They most definitely do. They may have renamed it or retitled it or released a press release saying they've 'rebuilt the engine' or whatever, but it is absolutely, certainly, the same engine used for Oblivion back in 2006, just with a couple more bells and whistles.

These mods are certainly impressive, but the fact is that the core Gamebryo engine is just *so* outdated that I really really hope they build a new engine for their next gen games.

The review read 90% well, then he complains that the difficulty gets too high and gives it a 'No'.
