They said launch on October 31st, then next-gen "SHORTLY AFTER", which suggests the rumor that PS4 is launching in October is false, right? Or they don't want to announce it, but still the wording was pretty clear there.

Looks pretty cool. Look, this isn't going to be a 10/10 game. But a 7, maybe an 8 if we're lucky? Sure, it could be.

The closest you'll get to party choices in a cinematic RPG affecting the story is probably The Old Republic.

Deep Silver should have sucked it up, redone the textures/models for next gen, and released Spring 2014. As it is they have two weeks of sales before everyone goes crazy about GTAV.

My apologies, idiot. The 8800GTX released 3 DAYS before the PS3. So while technically you are correct, I'd wager few, if any, (due to shipping time) PCs had any of the 8800 series at the time.

Crysis came out almost 2 years after the 360 and a year after the PS3. It was not released anywhere near to launch.
