Contrasting with numerous direct quotes from lead writer David Gaider, who said "we thought we could do it in time, and EA were supportive of any timefram" [paraphrased].

I swear there are East Coast and West Coast- isn't Texas kind of in the middle?>
Exactly. What I'm saying is that it's Bioware's OWN INTERNAL finance/planning guys, people who have been there since KOTOR, who are screwing up, rather than EA.
IKR, I wasn't defending the decision, simply saying it wasn't EA forcing them.
ERMAGHERD CORPORATE LIES
Well only 18% of players picked Femshep, so there's that.
The decision to casual-ify Mass Effect and Dragon Age was Bioware, not EA. EA and Bioware have confirmed this seperately and together. EA offered Bioware another year on DA2 and another 6 months on SWTOR and Bioware said no- because they're an EA 'label' they handle their own timelines, budgets and organisation.

Actually Insomniac decided that themselves based on focus testing.
Yeah man. Jade Raymond's a seriously manly man, dude.
OMG EA aren't the devil?
You must be an emotionless machine, then. No movie, tv show, book, or game has ever elicited an emotional response like anger or sadness from you? Really?
Apparently they spent more than $100m on this whole project.
But Juno weaves this wonderful allegory of (Abrahamic) religions in which, if you were to let the end of the world happen, your words would be twisted and it would basically be Christianity/Islam all over again, and the Templars/Assassins would just continue.
But realistically, how could they have ended AC3 in a way that allowed:
Tatooine in Star Wars: The Old Republic.
Oh yes, genetics. People who are 'born' fat. You know, through no fault of their own, fat just magically finds them.
You can't (reasonably) stop being black. You can stop being fat.
