I can’t think of a dominant team who’s reign ended as brutally and as thoroughly as the Warriors. Like, the team taking the floor next year will only have a passing resemblance to this year’s team and there is no young phenom waiting on their bench to be the next Durant or Thompson. It’s gonna be strange.

:( :( :( :( Klay always seemed like a good dude

UW is Wisconsin forever and always.

I know this is beside the point, but looking at the Warriors dropping like they’ve just stormed the beaches of Normandy just makes Lebron’s ability to play 100+ games every season for eight straight years without sustaining a debilitating injury look even more superhuman.

“Frankly, a real leader would have been able to stop me from kicking her 7 year old son in the chest and would have blocked my elbow before it collapsed her husbands windpipe.  Not my type of leader, that’s not someone you follow into battle, especially when you don’t even defend yourself when my husband Jerramy spits

You mentioned LeBron in another thread where he wasn’t being discussed a minute before this comment?

Now Steph knows how LeBron felt those 4 years they played in the finals

Having just returned to running after a “minor” hamstring injury... Ain’t no fuckin’ way Klay’s coming back at any reasonable level of performance in just a couple days.

It was natural until he got hip-checked, man. You fucked up in that you listened to Jeff Van Gundy and decided to run with it.

You realize the .gif is in the post, right? Klay’s clearly getting shoved mid-air.

“it’s straight-up embarrassing to drop a home game to any team, even one as great as the Warriors, that’s so thoroughly hobbled.”

You must be insane. The only thing a Super League would do is make the domestic leagues pretty much *completely* irrelevant, way more than they currently are, as the few good teams in Germany just stay in the Super League automatically the next year unless they manage to get bottom 2 out of an 8-team group, and all

Host of Europa League Final 2020:

I think we need to reassess LeBron’s greatness, in that he was able to lead his team to victory against the Warriors not once but four times in games the Warriors actually cared about winning.

it’s equally clear that the reason GS and Houston don’t like each other is that the Rockets’ best players and culture-setters are world-class assholes

I agree with the analogy but even the Cavaliers showed better sportsmanship towards GSW than the Rockets did.

Sorry, Harden and CP3 are dicks.

I noticed how all of the Blazers players stayed on the court after the game and shook hands with the Warriors.......contrast this to the classless Rockets players Harden and CP who raced off the court and refused to shake hands after the series was over.

Lillard is my favorite non-Sixer in the NBA, and he stuck out his right forearm to push off, initiating as much of the contact as Iguodala did in getting tangled up there. Good no-call.

Looks more like Lilliard is hooking his arm in hopes of a bailout call. He got d up
