On a vintage bike the brake force of a disc will be too much for the fork. You’ll have to buy something disc specific. (Also: there would not be anywhere to mount the discs anyway)

Yes, but flying at that low an altitude is hugely inefficient because of the air density. Compared to fuel burned by a boat it might be more economical but compared to flying the same distance it always loses. 

I was able to get 3rd in the final race in a level 5 Macan.
