The two theories I feel worse about involve 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina. If Katrina doesn’t happen; the Hornets don’t go to OKC for awhile and prove they can be a “home” to an NBA team. Without that test run; I don’t think the owners allow a team to leave Seattle for OKC.
