Changing the law to suit your feelings isn’t the same as interpreting if its constitutional or not.

The problem is the courts now don’t interpret the law half the time. They just rule however they want or feel. I’m really just saying they have too much power.

Ha. I trust the 5 robed lawyers more than Congress at this point. I’m thinking a majority of states should be able to override the supreme court or something. Tilt the power a bit back to the people. Of course this would have to be limited. We wouldn’t want every supreme court decision on November’s annual ballots.
