Well all 3 of your gripes sound like they’re being addressed with patches. Good! I learned after buying ReCore right away last year to maybe wait a month or 2 before diving into a game.

Haven’t played this one yet. Loved original Trilogy. Especially 2. Kind of don’t even want to play this new one to preserve my possibly misplaced nostalgia.

To be fair. The WSJ has been stepped in it a couple of times lately. There is a legitimate argument to be made that traditional news media has an interest in seeing Youtube and the like fail to defend their own butts. (Nice name by the way. It made me chuckle.)

Oh, there’s positive stories all the time in the games industry. They just don’t collect as many clicks and/or don’t fit some agenda the games journo wants to tell.
