Just for the sake to really know that your opinion of this “class warfare” might be needed or true, I would suggest to really try arguing for the opposite’s side. Genuinely try to argue against your opinion and give it the old college try to.

My 2007 averaged 14.1 with the 4.7 v8. My current ‘14, averages 15.2 with the 5.7 v8.

I did the same thing late last year. Bought a ‘17 GX. Loved it at first. But as time went on, on knew I needed a Landcruiser. So I sold it and picked up a ‘14.

I believe Consumer Reports bases this off of sales volume. So LC’s wouldn’t make the list purely for their exclusivity.
