Depends on the game. I usually listen to the in game music because I simply find it atmospheric or whatever. I generally enjoy that kind of music. Dante's Inferno OST is great for example.
But will it have drop in co-op for multiple players?

Nifty. A bit overwrought, I personally don't need a physical fake gun when playing a virtual gun game, but if it works effectively without a performance dip I bet it'd be a blast to play with.
Demon Souls made Greatest Hits? Wow. Good for them. I think that's a first for an Atlus USA published game.
