I just saw general Littlefinger being Littlefinger and trying to wedge people apart when their alliance doesn't suit him.

Theon is closest to Bill in this scenario.
While I agree 100% that I'd like to see the infinitely more colourful version of Euron, part of me thinks that if that were actually depicted on screen it might be into off-brand Jack Sparrow territory.
He might have been referred to as a/the black sheep (of the family)?
Any time a dog (/wolf/direwolf/alien thing with appropriate behaviour) features in fiction my first assumption is "will die protecting or saving master".
Given what we saw with Melisandre's transformation it's entirely possible that the hot priestess thing is more of a "uniform will be provided" kind of deal.
I always assumed the Faceless god was just Death. Not really a 'god' in the sense of most of our theologies, more like a religion built around the Grim Reaper himself, rather than to the God he dispatched souls to.
I'm totally happy if not learning any lessons is part of her being the villain. All of the above is definitely based on assuming she's not, even if I'd probably like her to be. If she's the villain then she can leave Essos in pretty much whatever state she pleases and it wouldn't be problematic plot/development wise…
I think it's got to end somewhat similarly to this even if they aren't the people who take those roles.
He doesn't have a teleporter, he has several clones. Each one has been assigned to a different geographic area for the last couple of decades, hence the wildly varying accents.
I'm definitely assuming they're the means of cutting the knot for Dany, and this is the start of them realising they need to work shit out for themselves rather than let people born on a different continent make the decisions, eventually leading to them being the people "in charge" of whatever remains of her empire…
Tormund is genuinely who I'd most like to see on the Throne at the end.
His actions have caused him to lose the only two people in the entire world he's shown anything resembling affection for. Three if you count Reek, who he did genuinely seem to like, post-transformation, albeit for very bad reasons.
There's a massive contradiction in the sadism/parental approval thing that further complicates Ramsay as a character, and speaks to this being a breaking point for him:
Honestly, I think they'll fit in to the history as one of those groups where everyone somehow forgets quite how big they were and doesn't really have much of a legacy to speak of at all. They're nobody's real favourite band (which the street-hopping probably doesn't help), and I don't think acts that hit that bracket…
Cut off the head, and the snake will die.
3 years prior to that, When I Come Around has a solo. Short, but there.
Even among punk comparisons in the earlier (say, up to Dookie) days I always saw them more as the Buzzcocks than The Sex Pistols. Both in the actual musical style and in being more grins, less sneers. More about just being young than being whatever political persuasion etc.
Correct, the beliefs as we've seen them don't mean it would HAVE to be the same person. (Although you could argue that a bona fide resurrection may not be considered the same as someone being saved from death, but that's not my argument).
I'm still not 100% sold on the actor but I definitely need the character around: he's a rare 'leader' in the show that doesn't really seek or welcome authority and power, that goes a long way with me in terms of having someone to cheer for come what seems the likely endgame.
