I'm not getting into this false equivalency stuff. My point is that agreeing to a settlement is not saying you are guilty. The evidence has not been run through the rigours of a court room, and there are lots of reasons people settle, and it's often not because they're guilty.

Yes but he was also found guilty for a number of things as well

Ok I really didn't want to wade in, and I'm not saying he didn't do it, because I think he probably did, but just to clarify. Agreeing to a settlement does NOT mean the person is guilty of the thing they're being accused of. There are lots of reasons to settle

I'm sorry but Casey Affleck is not ruining Oceans Eleven for me. I love that movie. Stupid real life assholes.

Legitimately though, it feels like such an unnecessary casting choice. Like why hire Chris Brown and not literally anyone else?! And when they've done such a great job casting other guest roles. Why have Chris Brown on and not bring back Daveed Digs?

i found it a bit ridiculous the way Nathan and Bonnie tried to downplay Abby's plan. What did they think Madeline would say?! My parents would have killed me if I'd done that

THIS IS MY MOMENT!!

I found season 8's a bit boring tbh. They were too nice to each other. I find that Untucked is best when it all goes go shit

maybe, it definitely explains the weirdness on the runway. What's untucked liked this season? I stopped watching on and off when they moved to the new behind-the-scenes format

it did look she was going to do a ruveal but it got caught or something though. To me the Vegas outfit looked a bit more Carnivale

am i the only one who hopes it's not cynthia lee fontaine? I thought her shtick got old FAST last season

im out. You think drag is about pushing boundaries but it doesn't occur to you that you can't push boundaries without offending someone. I don't consider it a 'demeaning' word, and I don't think using that, or hunty, or fishy, or anything is actually offensive to women because it's all done in jest and complimentary

seriously. I get this is an exhibition episode, but I love the lip synchs!

urgh i think YOU'VE missed the point. it's using the term in a great, powerful way. It's what you WANT to be. If you think it's demeaning, that's your own hang-up, not the show's.

my issue is it didn't even feel like a challenge. They'd already come with their outfits, they seemed to actually just change from their opening outfits to their stage ones.

it's really not. Drag is about being offensive and pushing boundaries, and can be incredibly political incorrect. Why do you think the queens who look like girls are called fishy? That's not a compliment to women. If you're looking for a show that is never going to offend, this isn't it.

Did this episode feel off to anyone else? There was no unveiling of the queens' non-drag personalities, the queens didn't have to make their looks, Ru wasn't in drag, they didn't critque the girls on the runway. It felt so weird to go straight from the openings to the main stage. The pacing was all off. I get that

what did you think Charisma, Uniqueness, Nerve and Talent stood for? It's the name of the game hunty!

But they're clearly not having issues raising money. Nobody that we know of except Jane was questioning wanting to invest in rubber tarmac or sand. The idea that you should always go with the cheaper option even if you have the money to spend is, in my opinion, misguided based on ideology and not reality

yeah, so they should use the money they raise? It's not as if that money is otherwise going to go to the parents. They've given the money to the school
