Don’t mix the streams.

9mpg / 26l/100km.

The Ka was a worse Fiesta. But thank you for reminding me of the nadir of Ford’s 90s design.

Can you imagine the Merc covered in dog hair, slobber, and scratches?

There are no crowds. This is the safest time to launch an Mustang, electric or otherwise.

Luckily, I have a solution. There are a very few countries which have eliminated the disease, or come very close. South Korea, China*, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland.

Right? I think that this would be an incredible resto-mod candidate. Swap out the anemic and unreliable 1970s engine and electronics for a Model-S based electrified setup, and give this car the future it deserved.

Indeed. Most of the crossovers in Australia are hatchbacks with plastic trim and a cosmetic raise in height, but they actually got it right with the CX30. There’s one in the neighbour’s driveway, and it might just replace our Astra. It’s just a pity their electric vehicle looks so appalling, otherwise it might have

I still can’t get over how Mazda have transformed the CX30, which is a reasonably good looking car, into this plastic-clad appliance.

You asked for it. You got it.

The best Aston Martin Lagonda.

And that is why my sheep ride up front.

The problem is that in a car this gargantuan, there’s a small margin between too large and too small. An inch or so smaller would give you more sidewall and still look fine. Any more and you remind people you’re driving around in a boat with wheels.

Do they not sell the Merc pick-up in the US? I like them because they’re a good way to be sure your tradesman is overcharging you.

Would buy if they came out with a wagon.

Quite. I also learned the lesson many years ago ‘never dress better than the most important person in the room’. There are exceptions (tech, for example), but it generally stands.

At the same time though, you don’t want to lose even more respect. An understated Lexus works well in conveying that you’re a sensible person who deserves your position.

VinWiki just seem hurt that they weren’t involved, and that their ‘ownership’. of this clubhouse has been reduced. Seriously, that appears to be their major issue.

It does seem that your assessment is true. There’s less preparation evident here. The badges are still all in place, for example, making identification by non-enthusiasts vastly easier - few people can tell Audis apart when they’re debadged, they’re all bars of soap. They would have had a much smoother and probably les

Unless they were planning for months, they would not have had a chance.
