I expected Caitlin to be in Widow mode or for her to hold out hope Ronnie is out there somewhere, for at least half a season. I'm more excited for her to become Killer Frost than hook up with anyone.

Okay this review seems to be quite unfair to the show. Alicia hit the nail on the head when she said, "we shouldn't have cronies, we need meritocracy!". People want equality but then constantly look for the racial disparities and blame those on prejudice.

It bugs me how Thea isn't trained by now either. The girl has gotten jumped/kidnapped at least 3 times now. You would think either Roy or Oliver would decide she needs some self defense classes. Laurel can handle herself and that's what makes her strong.

I was looking forward to this episode because I wanted to see Alicia and Cary kick some butt but it ended tragically. They were a great team while they were at it but now there's gonna be this huge barrier between them. I bet Alicia gets her own office/Cary gets kicked out.
It seems like Cary's always losing to Alicia…

I actually thought it was ridiculous the way Alicia blew up at Cary after all the humiliating and underhand things she's done to him. And Kalinda should have gotten arrested for harassment ages ago.

Way to go Cary!! He's my favorite character; also I love to see L&G loose. They're so cocky it annoys me.
