There’s generally not enough satire in anime. I guess Japanese culture means people just find it more uncomfortable than funny...?

Yeah - well, as long as your home is a safe place.
Maybe he just keeps them in a jar that he carries around, or he bought them on download as DSiWare.
I collected a bunch of these too. I guess they were proto-amiibo. Collecting them was more fun than the game you used them in!
I know he’s your friend and stuff but... his stuff looks like trash.
Sure, if you are trying to mocap Godzilla! No-one else normally walks like that...!
In real life, the driver is bobbing about all over the place with little impacts, fighting to keep the car on the line they want. In the simulation, the driver looks like some gloves taped to a wheel that's driving itself.
I am 37 years old, and ever since I can remember, Stan Lee has been putting his name on substandard things that aren’t as good as his comics. Seriously - have you tried watching the 1979 Spider-Woman cartoon anytime recently? You’ll want to stick with Stripperella (it doesn’t look so bad; a bit Go Nagai perhaps...)
I’m not an American so I never had the experience of a prom, but from what I’ve seen from TV shows and the like, it’s a combination of really bizarre rituals and I’m glad I was never asked to have anything to do with one. They sound pretty horrific!
Reminds me of something really random I watched once...
I know one guy who was a company director with various addiction problems - another friend of mine complained to me that he’d done some work for him and hadn’t got paid - it turned out that the director had emptied the back account put aside for paying taxes and lost it betting on horses, then disappeared off…
Sounds like he’s been gone a while, but everything’s suddenly shut down due to lack of payment - end of financial year... something?
Seems interesting. I like games that are about experiencing the world in ways that I couldn’t normally. “Walking a mile in someone else’s shoes”, I guess.
I think it’s tofu. So... similar, but more wobbly and springy. ;)
I’d like curry with a moustache of rice, please!
Probably some Xeno Chron 3D... various whatever...
Have you seen this one? Google Panda:
Bub! Keep away from bubbles in the bath! They might capture you, and make you angry!
Oh, I saw these two on an NHK documentary about the Tokusatsu museum last year. All those props and intricate miniatures they use for the backgrounds! Higuchi runs the place and Anno was doing an exhibit there with a giant puppet monster terrorising the city. All seemed great! I have a lot of faith in them pulling…
I would like them to make searching my game library as good as searching the store is - i.e. tags, etc. So I can go "well I have a ton of games in my library and I feel like playing a 2D platformer; show me what I have. Ok, and which of those have a sci-fi theme?". That kind of thing.
