I backed the Kickstarter before they even thought of an offline mode. I'm happy with it. It was just one of the "additional extras" - overall, I'm really happy - you know how much these Kickstarters tend to go wrong. This one's pretty much all there, finished product.

I just started playing this last weekend, beautiful, beautiful game. Did the tutorials, played some solo online, haven't dared try multiplayer at all yet.

This video hurts my eyes. You know there was an article on how Jackie Chan directs films, the other day? And how he said if he needs to cut a punch to move the camera closer, they actually film more frames of the punch than should actually occur, just to give time for the viewer's eyes can focus?

Have these people been feeding their cat the Spice from Dune? Such bluer than blue eyes.

People keep telling me that. I don't get it. But then, I'm from PAL region, and never really got used to things looking as bad as they did on NTSC (but I did it all in slow motion!)

Well, Jackie Chan is actually more of a stunt man than an actor, stunts were his bread and butter. There are some "making of" things where they tell you who got hurt and for how long. Like that scene you see where the stunt guy falls off the upper floor @6:25 - that guy was out for months!

Hasn't she always sounded terrible? I'm quite glad she can't hit the high notes anymore, those really hurt.

So weird.... this is obviously well done artwork, I can see and appreciate the skill in there, and they are perfectly recognisable renditions of well loved characters... but the overall impression I get is "ugh, so ugly!"

For some reason, I think of the numbered games as being less spin-off-y, even though they are. It's just my delusion. :)

Oh no, FF13-2 was way better than FF13. It gave you freedom to choose what you're doing, Hope had turned out alright, Snow wasn't there much (yay!) and the story was so ludicrous it was hilarious.

It's a race, but.... they don't have the exact same list of games?
