Yeah, I got as far as taking down the last boss's first form, but... that was enough, and I don't feel like it's a bad thing to stop playing FTL. It's a great game, but it makes me feel like some kind of battered housewife coming back for more. Not a good relationship with this game. But ah, I kind of want to play the

Hooray! Hooray! Hooray! Me > Evil! Again!

Raise and raise and raise the cigarette tax, lower and lower the tax on weird-flavour eCigs. That's what seems to have happened here in the UK. I can breathe now, it's nice.

It reminds me of the animation in some episodes of "Welcome to the NHK". It really seemed like they blew their entire animation budget on smoke trail SFX. Maybe it was supposed to show the stagnation in a NEET's life. But seriously, terrible animation.

It's.... just a vacuum with a picture stuck on it, seems like a barrier - impossible to really personify, and such a cop-out. If it was a vacuum machine with eyes and lights, even if it was something weird like a talking jellyfish that cleans your floor, I think it would fit better.

First of all if we're going to treat eSports as regular sport, need to clean it up. Make scientifically certain the competitors are clean - not chemically enhanced, and match-fixing shenanigans are stamped out.

That's the first thing I thought too. The second being "it can't be Yoshiyuki Sadamoto can it? His style changed and he forgot how to draw in this way".

I liked the humour of Tokimeki Memorial. People who don't know are all "eww, dating cartoon girls is creepy", but that game was really funny. It had you dating mad scientists and crazy jealous girls who bomb you. It had you going on school trips that turn into Final Fantasy battles. It had the school dreamboat giving

I should try to rewatch this too. When I first saw it, it was new and I was just getting into anime, and I'd paid ~£150 or more for the DVD box set after the whole internet was raving about it. And I hated it.

Seems so long ago it was announced. Any indication how long until these become up for sale?

You know what I'd like? Twitch plays Disgaea. See how long it takes them to defeat Baal.

This is one epic advert!

All the TV programs I've seen from Japan about any form of mental illness pretty much just say "these people are scary! You'd be wise to shun them!".

Great! Looking forward to the weekly bargain heads-up focussing on UK retailer deals instead of just teasing me with amazing deals that are only available in the US.

Play something that makes you laugh. It's all good and well playing serious masterpieces that make you miserable, but after a while your subconscious goes "no, don't do this to yourself" and all of a sudden you don't want to play anything and you have no idea why.

Then it's probably best they do it from within a computer simulation than within real life.

Yeah, I wasn't into this game like I felt I ought to have been, I think you might be right about the American indie music scene. That and the fact the house was so scary for absolutely no reason. I had more fun staring at the in-game stereograms stuck to the wall than I had reading the various journals, listening to

Or..... "Grandpa builds Gundam for self, pretends it's entirely for his grandson". :)

It's got a 16 PEGI rating, so that'll be the European release. Not sure it's available in a box for America.
