I've had sterling Bluetooth audio (both headset and stereo) connectivity on my various Android devices going back to version 2.2 (on version 4.2.2 now, having used everything in between except version 3).

I felt a desire to hold onto the gamer/late-night-drinking/partier as I approached 30 (just turned 30 last summer), but not an actual desire to DO those things as much as I once did.

So, 802.11ac is basically where 10G ethernet is right now...not as broad a product range as the previous generation, with most potential users still trying to justify the overall cost of being an early adopter versus projected gains over their existing infrastructure.
