Yeah, the idea behind the Arrancar’s was kinda, neat. And like you said, some pretty cool designs. But there was practically zero character development with any of those characters.

I still stand by the fact that it should have ended when Ichigo defeated Aizen and lost his Shinigami powers. It put a nice cap on everything, what with Ichigo being able to return to a peaceful human life, Soul Society is at peace again and everyone even said their goodbyes. Plus there were no loose plot threads.…
