Oh no. I was really happy with how things turned out for Christina. That job in Switzerland was her McDreamy - the best possible happy end. Let’s not give Shonda a chance to undo that.

I didn’t catch that. Even more ridiculously massive foreshadowing.

Much better.

She still has a hostile uterus. (Who am I even kidding here. It’s Grey’s Anatomy. A pregnancy is as likely as everything else that has happened so far.)

Unless that’s the story line for next week. All of Derek’s sisters descend like harpies on the grieving widow. More drama! Hooray! Not.

^This! In hindsight it’s surprising they didn’t kill off Yang.

Are you me? You’re making the exact same points. Not calling the family really bothered me. The guy’s brain dead. He’s no longer in pain and he’s not going anywhere. Call his mom and his sisters and his friends and let them say good bye.

I said I’d quit after the plane crash. Then I wanted to quit after Yang had left. At this point I’m no longer fooling myself. I will keep watching that train wreck of a show.

So absurd that she wouldn’t even get a second opinion or at least take a really close look at his CT scans. But no, she just trusts the assessment of the hillbilly hospital’s surgeon who just told her that not being able to safe her husband was an honour. Why not call Amy Shepherd?

I don’t get why people are so shocked by it. I don’t even follow the who signed on for how long rumours, but is longish absence this season made me suspect that something was up and last week’s sudden peak of marital bliss for Derek and Meredith left him a dead man walking. It’s tv 101.

A soap opera that’s run out of idea. We’ve now had three plane crashes and thrice the doctors in car crash storyline.

I think it will be very shocking, the way it happens. It’s really going to be powerful.

I stopped liking Owen when he was such a dick about the abortion. The only favorite I have left is Meredith, but I’m not sure the character will still ‘work’ without Christina and Derek. I never really bought her being really close with Alex. Or anyone else.

I use a Chrome add-on for spell-checking, where I can simply change the language via the context menu. It also corrects more common foreign names, when it’s set to English. I just tried ‘Caescescu’ and was told that it’s spelled Ceausescu.

I should probably point out that I’m in Europe. The location will have some influence on the search results, even with English being my default search language.

When I start typing Alondra Luna into google, the first search it offers me it “Alondra Luna Núñez”. On the first page of search results are recent news articles in several languages. The Spanish language news obviously included the diacritics. Many German language newspapers as well as The Guardian and cnn.com use

Last week’s episode was overdoing it with the foreshadowing, so I expected it to happen. All their talk about how [now dead person] doesn’t want to spend another second away from [spouse] and how about another baby... Dead man walking. Got fooled for a sec, though, when [spouse] had the vision of visiting a responsive

They’ve already used everything else at least once, too, so now they need to repeat tragedies if they want tragedies.

Because it’s so wonderfully tragic that one of the worlds top neurosurgeons dies from a head trauma that would’ve been really easy diagnose (and, I presume, fix), had anyone bothered to check. *rolls eyes at writers*

I found it weird that the mom and sisters weren’t given a chance to say good bye at the hospital. It’s not like he was going anywhere.
