It’s not a UI design choice. The pilot is the brain of the Jaeger and trying to pilot a Jaeger solo wasn’t working. Each pilot serves as something like a hemisphere of the brain. Also, this is an homage to kaiju and giant robot anime, and “linking” or “partnership” piloting setups aren’t uncommon for mecha in the

Also Rinko Kikuchi.

What I’ve been doing is unlocking squads and then making custom squads, which allows me to avoid taking mechs I think have dumb or frustrating abilities.

Monkey King is a weird, tough sell. I think Marvel could do an Asian-cast remake of Iron Monkey and be great, because Iron Monkey is basically just “Ninja Robin Hood”

Lucy made 460 million worldwide on a 40 million dollar budget, which is bonkers.

Well, in ticket presales. It hasn’t actually opened yet. (Ah sorry, I see others have already said this. Not intending to pile on).

Actually he’d lost a good amount of weight before this happened.

But it’s not. First of all, he’s a Chrysler guy so it’s unlikely he’d pose in front of a GM product for a publicity shot.

It’s a Viper. I don’t know what specific model/trim, but definitely a Viper.

Dale Hansen for Secretary of State in the Steve Kerr administration.

I’m not sure you know what pedantic means. It more closely fits your first reply, not mine. I’m just mildly annoyed.

Yes, yes, I know about Hanzo. However, this is Batman, we’re firmly in the contemporary pop culture mold of samurai/ninja, and I also think it more closely matches his western “Dark Knight” title (No need to give me a “history” lesson on the differences between Samurai and Knights.)

It still mildly bugs me that it isn’t called Batman Samurai, given the costume design.

Clearly there’s no love lost between them, but which one is at fault? Maybe they both said regrettable things, making it a double fault? I suspect Harrison will get served with a fine, especially if Young makes a big enough racket about it.

I think that’s a reasonable take. I always thought it was needed as a sort of “third leg” personality vs Xavier and Cyclops.

Storm (mohawk version) and Sunspot (always thought the visual of his power was super cool).

He’s absolutely in my top 3 X-Men.
