@ekap: You're still in the 30 days.

@tedknaz: Zune HDs did sell out for a bit, and the 80 was hard to get a hold of the Christmas they launched.

@schunniky: I'd wait until at least gingerbread.

@darklord0star: This goes farther/is simpler to use than Ares.

Before everyone rants about the market getting overloaded, remember that it costs money to submit an app to the market. Also, it would be relatively easy for Google to ban these apps from entering the market, or section them off into another section of the market. There's a reason this isn't public yet.

It goes without saying...

Google, if you put this in Google Me, I may quit you for life. Seriously.

@YummyCyanide: Why even make this? Why not just keep the Eris around?

Never mind the fact that the App Store was stolen from the original Installer guys, who stole it from Apt and traditional Unix package management tools. Sure, Google took a lot of the elements that were in the iPhone. So did Microsoft with WP7. It's the new standard as to how a modern smartphone should function.

I actually like the design of this one. Sure, trillian's screwed things up in the last 5 years, but this app actually looks good. Too many Android IM apps try to hard to stick out from the look of the OS, this one just blends in. I like that. I'll end up using it if it's nice to my battery.

A 1-inch touchscreen on the shuffle wouldn't be too hard to operate, just swipes in different directions, and maybe a tap.

@chefgon: I think Google gets their own numbers from market usage. This study wasn't from Google though.

@CamJN: But the hash is inside the image they were hashing. So to have the image to hash, you would need the hash for the image. It's an insolvable paradox.

@heckler95: This is what I was thinking.

@Darkelementz: And Utah, but it can get pretty dry here, probably for the better.
