Prediction: they will kill off the apple tv, and replace it with a new docking solution for the iPod touch/iPhone that has HD output. Considering that the 3GS is just about on par with the Zune HD video power wise, it shouldn't be too hard. Didn't they already prove that newer versions can do HD?

@Spacebar265: In it's day, FF1 was faster than IE6. Google Chrome is a better example of this design concept.

What I want to see is a Touch Pro/Touch Pro 2 port for android. It has incredible hardware, but WinMo feels ancient.

So, has anybody found the source yet? I noticed that Anonymous' wiki seems to be down, it's the first place I go when I have issues getting to a site. Stupid trolls.

@AtomFury: In this screenshot, the most important thing to note would be tcpip.sys. Just look to see what driver or app has caused the crash.

I'm glad they finally fixed the web app taskbar thing, the only thing that's still broken with it is that their fix doesn't seem to work if the app shortcut you used to launch it is located on the taskbar itself. It creates a dupe.

Needs more Omnibox, IMO. Other than that, it's looking pretty good, much more usable for netbooks.

@Michael Bauser: Note that this will not work with LED-based flashlights, which are more common nowadays.

@jeffeb3: I heard it has something to do with a build up that collects at the contacts that causes resistance, when you switch the batteries, a bit of this is scratched away, giving you a few more minutes of Game Boy. It always seemed to work on the older Game Boys, and they don't have battery indicators (those came

What do you think the chances are that this will work with Chrome? I find the App mode indispensable, but Hotmail was blocking it from working properly for a long time.

@Platypus Man: Odd as it may sound, the making a feverish child even hotter thing is at least somewhat logical. Heat is supposed to kill the virus/worm/sickness, so the body gets hotter. I guess some people think it's better to "help" the body along with this. Of course, it just makes things worse.

@jetRink: That's what I'm thinking, have it stashed away on an SD card in my netbook as a quick boot, no hassle solution.

I'd give hotmail a look if they ditched the hotmail name, and gave it the Bing treatment. Most/all of the Bing services I've tried beat Google's, but their mail still sucks. If they can beat Gmail (difficult but possible), and give IE an even larger overhaul (though I am impressed with 8), we could have a real google

Forget the installer, I'm wondering if they're still using your PC's spare processor cycles as a business model.

@Tamoor Chaudhry: I was about to say this, I've got this in my Win7 slideshow, InterfaceLift FTW!

Wouldn't this work if you could find a brand of gum that comes in a white package? Just tear the edge apart, fold, and tape.
