Umm - not at moving vehicles travelling on public highways.  That not only endangers the targets but also every other motorist on the same roadway.

I respectfully disagree. If you’re operating a motor vehicle at highway speeds and someone purposefully throws an object that strikes your windshield - regardless of what it is - the intent of that action is to cause you to lose control and that could lead to an accident, injuries, and possibly death.

One of my favorite achievements was winning the Pinball Intramural Championship in college, on the classic Evel Kneivel machine.  I’ve still got the trophy somewhere!

Yikes!  I had no idea.  Texas Direct Auto was founded and is located here in Houston, and I always heard nothing but good things about them.  I guess when Vroom bought them, the founders took the dough and headed for the easy life.  But you’re right - I wouldn’t buy a car from them right now, either.
