They’re snowflakes who couldn’t deal with actual snowflakes this weekend.

“Today we’re getting right next to their walls,” said Mike Landis, a People’s Convoy co-organizer. “We’re not going to go in and throat-punch them just yet, even though I know we would all love to do that.”

after a parade and you would be walking in circles for a while until the spasms stopped on your left leg

Well if parades are your thing, then the guy did the right thing.

I, however, am not a good driver. I cannot be expected to safely drive a car that is RWD and I definitely cannot drive manual.

This is definitely a banger.

Probably not as good as yours.

...cut the story down to a nice clean Ford ad.

I certainly believe that. I participated in my city’s George Floyd march which wasn’t disruptive nor was it long. Compare that with the yahoos in Canada, whose “protest” was long, disruptive, illegally-held and financed by dark interests.

Of course it should.  That’s the very definition of “respect”.  If you want it, you give it and that’s exactly what the truckers in Chicago did.

Again, these convoys aren’t about “freedom”. Those pussies wouldn’t know freedom from a hole in the ground. In fact, the only thing those wusses in Canada did was infringe upon the freedoms of others.

I’ve no comment on this, that or the other thing but thank you for posting that song. I like it lot and hadn’t heard it in too long.

“High school with ashtrays”? Did you go to high school in Baytown, too?

It’s my experience that rarely does anyone with any corporate influence ever read comments. Maybe the author reads them but obviously the author thought the story worthy of posting, so you won’t find an author agreeing with naysayers like fudd500. They’ll just ignore ol’ fuddie.

If you know this article isn’t car-related, and you only want to read car-related stuff, why did you click on this? Much less, take the time to post on its message thread?

Thanks, I was very fortunate.  But if I’d known how lucky I was back then, I’m sure I would have fought a whole lot less with my brother and sister!

WTF?

Yeah, they’re cool. I had a beautiful purple ‘75 and sold it 30 years ago. Which broke the cardinal rule - never sell gear! I wish I’d kept that guitar.

That’s a good point. As to the death traps, I’d guess it was a case of back in the day, we just didn’t know any better. But we have certainly learned.

Fatalities per 100,000 population.
