@KillaB43: Everyone lived for me, but I knew you had to upgrade the ship. Just a coincidence I guess that I picked the right party leaders after that.

@GameOnHolmes: Probably not New York, Braden is the same guy who got into it with A-Rod for breaking unwritten rules of baseball by walking on the mound.
@dh4645: Most likely it is before taxes. Baseball players technically get paid for whatever city they pitch in (not pitch for), so they end up having to pay taxes to 10 to 15 different states. Their salaries are public, but their taxes are private, so I imagine no sites actually list their true take home pay.
So Kamiya is the gaming equivalent of the stripper who gets mad when you stare at her chest?
Those are only "sold" copies, right? Not counting the free copies that came with 5? From what I understood, there was little, if any incentive to buy the game separately. I suppose those numbers being successful or not depends on how many total copies went to gamers
Maybe they think it may be worth it if enough people play it and then go see the movie (assuming they wouldn't anyway)?
Perhaps EA can use the extra money to cure that crazy chicken arm disease Tiger Woods seems to have in the photo.
@BulletEddy: In general, I agree with you, but investors are more worried about the future than the past. Which is why a stock may drop when a company made money, but less than expected, and another stock may rise when the company lost money, just less than expected.
Won't this be compatible with DS games? If so, I think 3DS is a pretty clever name. But if it won't play older games, then they definitely should not use 3DS and avoid confusion.
Quick question, were there similar drops in the PS1 and PS2 while they were still the current generation? They're the two consoles (non-portable) that sold over 100 million units (don't think xbox did) so they are probably the best comparison.
I like how 80% of the comments are about "a/an historic".

I hope that Apple exec wasn't saying the PSP or DS didn't "stack up agains the iphone" in regards to gaming. If so, he sure as hell should have left out multitouch. Like or hate iPhone games, the controls generally suck, its not a plus for the platform.
@Robert Montjoy: I trip over them at Best Buy, and Walmart, and Target, and Gamestop (especially gamestop), so they are available, at least in the NY/NJ area.
@DominusSapientia: Exactly, since nobody believes it in the first place. At least nobody who owns a DS, a DS lite, a DSi, a DS XL, etc.
Its a little tougher, because if you type the wrong letter you stumble, adding an extra way to trip.
@Chicken Pawks: Yeah, I know. I didn't mean to sound like I felt ripped off or anything.
@Foxstar is in love with Kotaku's two Brians.: Then again, doesn't anybody suggest those games listed are near the best for the Wii?
@srb3189: Same here. When I get a new game, I try out the multiplayer. I actually prefer the games where the multiplayer is "adequate" instead of "awesome." I'm the not best at multiplayer, so there was a lot less pressure in Bioshock 2 than say, in Halo.
@JayUnreal: Don't know if you played the Taxidermist, but I didn't think it was that great (at least I got it free from Preorder). I suppose if they were able to add a chapter that would affect the original ones, that would be great. But being "like a movie" that last DLC felt more like a deleted scene.
