@GoonieGooGoo3: That's my concern. Granted, I haven't collected in years, and the ones I bought (I collected in the early/mid 90s) really aren't worth much. But you definitely lose that perceived value of the book raising in value.

Eh, not really seeing in the CNN article where Japan was compared to criminals. You're not off to a good start when you need to distort the article you're commenting on.

I really only use the browser on my PS3 if I want to watch videos on my TV instead of my computer is isn't that bad.

@Rompehamster: I know I'm in the minority, but I didn't mind the vehicle missions (at least the later ones).

@Manly_McBeeferton: I guess it depends on how many 360 games you have, but how much do you expect to get for it? I figure most likely, you'll still need to chip in some extra cash for the PS3 and games, so don't look at it as "should I trade my 360 for a PS3 or Wii" but instead "is a $200 discount on a PS3 worth not

@srb3189: Personally, I thought the Game 1 save carrying over to part 2 was neat, but a tad overblown.

@Jake W.: I'm not sure if its exactly what you're talking about, but I do get frustrated because if I like a game so much to get to that point (I start on normal, then bump up a level each playthrough) I'm already over the story, so a game like Uncharted 2 is still amusing story-wise, just not as much as the first

What's ironic is that after you buy it, you won't have enough money to afford Gold membership to XBox Live.

No no no no no, didn't happen, didn't happen. Nobody ever went onto a news program and spoke reasonably, never. (Covering ears) DIDN'T HAPPEN, DIDN'T HAPPEN, I CAN'T HEAR YOU!

@Chicken Pawks: If I recall, the story wasn't deemed to be fake, but there was speculation that Nintendo just wanted the word out that it costs $15 million to pirate, and many didn't expect the guy to actually be paying Nintendo much money.

Gee, you think with all the money he made from those Harry Potter movies, Daniel Radcliffe could have just bought the game when it came out.

@Kobun: I liked Bender's Big Score a lot, and into the Wild Green Yonder a little, the other two were meh.

@wickdc: if you have a little spare cash, buy it used from GameStop, try it out, then return it before the 7 days is up. If you like it, keep your $30 copy, if not return it

@ipitydatfu: Well, I'm sure [Topeka.com] loves the fact that the little April Fools day joke crashed their website

@carlmarssilias_returns: I'm not siding with the CIA here, but citizens from other countries is pretty much who they are focused on.

@SirSpectre: Exactly, I imagine Bethesda studios are in/near Bethesda MD, which is one of the highest cost of living cities in the country.

@DynamiteMonkey: Are you saying the movie "Grandma's Boy" isn't an accurate description of a game tester?

@Drew Neill: I would imagine a programmer would be able to field offers in any type of software company as well. So if Apple is paying $90K+, Activision needs to be in that ballpark. I doubt Apple is hiring game designers, or at least not as many.

@mepadels: I imagine "Business" includes the executives. And those marketing probably have more opportunities since their jobs aren't actually tied to video games. There's probably more demand for them because they can work for Activision, or Johnson & Johnson, however a game designer probably can only work for

Great that the reviews are good, I don't think many people expected it to be bad that the things it does.
