I, for one, am completely satisfied to witness the slow demise of one of my least favorite brands. 

The Final Fantasy mobile games just kept raising the bar too high for me to be able to keep up with. Id get to the point where I could start the most challenging stuff and then there’d be a new set of levels/rarity/whatever to grind...but they were fun up until then.

My money’s on the supplier pulling out, Amazon was already trying to lower Whole Foods pricing, and I bet they were pushing the supplier to do the same for them. Said supplier probably then couldn’t maintain or went under, or just said fuck it and pulled out of the deal.

Interesting. Maybe the solution is for Amazon to litter the empty aisles with sketchy third party vendors selling knock-offs and expired product?

I’m not anti-Amazon at all, but their purchase of Whole Foods has been something of a disaster from a customer standpoint. I went from being a semi-regular shopper to three or four times per year. Even without “disappearing suppliers” the stocking of many shelves (particularly produce) has been terrible since Amazon.…
