Two more weeks till BlizzCon...what a complete shitshow that’s going to be...

I feel awful for all the developers, who had nothing to do with any of this and who have been working their asses off on new projects and updates to existing titles that are going to have all their work ridiculed, ignored, and sidelined

I’d protest the fact that they don’t include a physical game in the box. Like you don’t have all the money in the world already? Print a cartridge!!!!!

Meanwhile gamers are lapping up the fortnite news even though fortnite is way deeper in China’s pocket. Ever hear a fortnite streamer mention Hong Kong? Nope, and you never will.

Pretty sure Kotaku has run stories in the past about how Twitch is more lenient towards streamers with more followers... and Amouranth has over a million followers.

It’s worse than that though.

Oh no, cleavage. Might as well ban all of twitch :/

Companies like Twitch love to bend over to troll armies, huh? Limited staff or not, they are quite good at expressing their hypocrisy and/or incompetence.

too bad she didn’t try to kill people with a gun or homemade explosives, she might would have got to broadcast longer

See other response. It also wouldn’t be good for the 10-hour-each-way trips we take once or twice a year. To me, it’s ridiculous to purchase a family sedan/SUV and it not be usable for family trips.

Perhaps you don’t have children or just live in states where cities are close by. I live in CO and am moving to Utah. In this area of the country you’re looking at 3-450 miles In driving Between major cities. 3 airline tickets + rental car+baggage fees = > than just driving the damn car 400 miles with all of your shit

I’d like to start a petition.. if the Dolphins go 0-16 then we no longer have to witness the 1972 Dolphins celebrate when the last undefeated team losses... watching them celebrate is insufferable.

I’m going to stand up and back up Mr(s) Yachty. 300 miles in one sitting isn’t a big deal. Especially in the USA (or Canada). If it were, why are there ICE commercials bragging about total mileage between fill ups? My commute is only 40 miles R/T, but I drive greater than 300 miles a day at least 40 days a year. I

The headline could be better. My first thought after reading it was that this transgender person was made fun of in Chappelle’s special and later killed themselves- not that her and Chappelle were friends...

The commute distance isn’t the issue. It’s the charging infrastructure. If you don’t own a home or live/work somewhere where charging is provided by the property owner, you’re SOL.

I have to disagree with you. Maybe these things are going to proliferate in high-density wealthy hip urban centers, but outside of those areas the changes are going to take a lot longer. There are three Teslas and 4 Volts (our business) at our office building and the landlord wants nothing to do with providing

Not only speed, but also the reassurance that there will always be a place to refuel/recharge. Gas stations are ubiquitous and easily identifiable. Charging stations, not so much. Yes yes, I know about apps but are they always available and reliable?

I make these drives quite a bit because it’s the best way to see bands I like and visit friends. But I’m not stopping for a big meal on a 4 hour drive. 10 minutes for coffee and a bathroom break maybe.

I want to see the venn diagram of people who want to purchase an EV for climate protection reasons and people who would rather fly anything over 300 miles. Then, smack that center section in the back of the head with a pamphlet detailing the carbon costs implicit in flight.

Once again, “Home” does not always mean a house.

300 miles really isn’t much. It’s a 4 hour trip down the thruway here in NY to get to Albany. Flying that distance would be silly. Same with Buffalo to Detroit. 4.5 hours by car is way better than flying.

When I was out in Wyoming last year driving those distances was your only option. Canada is largely the same way.
