Agreed. I find the "let's share everything about everything we do," mentality that seems to plague so many these days obnoxious as hell. A little bit of sharing, i.e. things that actually matter, is fine obviously, but it's so overblown these days.

Haha, that's my exact line of thought as well. We live in such an incredible age of technology, but I'm always complaining that I won't get to see the realllly good stuff that's still a couple hundred years away.

Most definitely not. Stronger, faster consoles means better things for everyone. As much as I love my PC I'm looking forward to the PS4 just as much as the PS3 and the PS2 before it. I'm an equal opportunity platform lover haha.
If the systems of the game itself are sound already then yes, absolutely. Gameplay trumps all, but once gameplay is a lock graphics just make things better and better.
