I agree with you to some extent, but I don't think that the restraint of being on cable is all that bad for this show. Part of what I enjoy about It's Always Sunny and now You're The Worst is the ability of the creators to push those cable boundaries (that are quickly eroding) in fun new ways.

The couch fire caught me by surprise. As the show spent minutes wrapping things up, it kept throwing out gags that were really really funny. That's pretty rare in those circumstances.

First episode in a while where I didn't groan throughout. That's obviously pretty backhanded, but yeah … really nice episode.

It seemed almost like a big "…ohhhh nevermind, let's see if we can get back on track."

It's pretty feminine in perspective and intentions, but it doesn't feel like it should be on Lifetime or something. I think Claire is one of the most beautiful women on TV, so I'll probably keep watching. I don't think the show has put out an A episode, though.

This is pretty much how I feel, except I never warmed to Smith. After getting into the reboot, then falling in love with the Tennant era, I've consistently looked less and less forward to new Who.

I agree with the first two sentences but not the third. I appreciate the sadness/rawness, but something's also missing.

Aside from the dreamer answers of Six or Three (D'Anna), I'd be up for a stim'd up roll in the bunks with Racetrack.

That's not Michael Kostroff from the Wire. That's Jason Kravits from, I dunno… stuff? Gravity?
