Lola Kirke, forgettable tbh, lives in a Hollywood bubble and doesn’t see the big picture. The majority of Americans who voted did so not because of racism, but because they needed to put food on their table and saw Trump as the best option for economic stimulation and changing the script. These are people outside of

I doubt that Taylor Swift voted for Trump, but in a way, she is Trump. She’s a rich and powerful person who only hangs out with attractive white women and somehow always thinks of herself as the victim.

It couldn’t surprise me less when TS didn’t speak out. When she threw Kanye and Kim under the bus for no reason whatsoever but to further her victim brand, it was clear she was a completely garbage human being. How her fans justify her behavior is beyond me.

A system that these women benefit from.

Nope. Nope. I am really not good on this idea that people shouldn’t use the platforms they have access to.

Speaking out against someone as connected and powerful as Swift? Yes

She could also have her career torpedoed early on for speaking out.

Are people courageous when they voice their political beliefs or are they courageous when they voice the beliefs that you agree with?

There’s no way someone like Taylor would speak up, because odds are, a lot of her base is made up of Trump supporters or teens whose parents (aka the wallet paying for all thjbns Swift) are Trump supporters. Taylor, if she in fact disagrees with much of what Trump is doing, doesn’t have the courage to speak up in a

Technically Emily Dickinson said it first. And it’s not like it’s an unpopular adage in general, most people would say it without referring to Woody Allen at all.

We’re no longer exclusive? And this is how you tell me? A public forum?

if it helps to cleanse the quote at all, know that i say it all the time.

once a copy editor, always a copy editor, much to my co-worker’s chagrin...

To wit: the heart wants what it wants in justifying his affair with Soon-Yi. Just felt that had to be spelled out.

so maybe their audience loves these condescending tear-downs of young women.

oh yeah ha. it’s 4:50 and i’m still in a lunch coma.

get to know me a little better...it’ll pass.

In fairness though, Woody Allen very famously (and creepily) said “the heart wants what it wants,” so for people old enough to remember, it’s a natural association.

You know it’s bad when a guy brings up Woody Allen all on his own.

i would disagree. there is the lady i hate, and she hates me. if we had gotten together that would have been great. but no. and i dont find my self wanting to see her pics. but i wanted to date her. so no. wrong.
