The Crota strategy

This is peanuts compared to what could have happened. If you go to US Space and Rocket Museum in Huntsville, you can see a lot of the stuff Van Braun was planning back in the 60s. Way out there Science Fiction stuff, but when you think of how far they got from 1961 (first man in space) to 1969 (first man on the moon),

Still not as good as the Oracles games though.

Motoko from the film is an outlier in that regard. The Stand Alone Complex-version, the best one in my opinion, is an amalgamation of the film Major and the original manga character.

No thanks, I prefer either Masamune’s original depiction of her or SAC’s depiction.

Dodge Charger, the orange is the adhesive for the edge trim.

I have some complicated feelings on “Selling out.” Allow me to try to explain them.

Tree Branches are infinite, you can just keep shaking the same tree and eventually more will come out, unless there is no place for them to drop, in which case you can pick up the ones you have and keep shaking for more.

Fruit trees take 3 days to regrow their fruit. I know this might seem obvious but I know a lot of

In an NB miata my shoulder is jammed in the B pillar.  NAs are slightly better.  If they had an adjustable steering wheel I may be able to make one work but even then my head is in the roof and I’m looking out the top of the windshield

I’m 6'3 with a 32" inseam and I don’t fit in any dimension.  Big legs, wide shoulders.....sucks because I badly want one.  Technically I’ve owned 2 but never one titled or driven (outside of test drives)

Consider the Toyobaru triplets.

Im an automotive designer myself so I hate to bash in a fellow artist but man, this is not a good “redesign”. All excuses aside, it got more boring...like many of you have pointed out, it looks like an old Elantra. While the actual design of the civic hatchback is polarizing, it is different and that’s something to

Yeah.  This rendering totally clashes with the entire rest of the car.  The car as is now is boy racer ugly, but at least it has an identity.  This rear end does not belong on the car.  If you’re going to re-do a car’s rear-end, at least make it look like it came from the same designer as the original.

And not even current gen. It’s now an Elantra circa 2006.

No sir, I don’t like it.

Seriously, the rendering is more like “We made the civic look like a boring sedan from 10 years ago”.

That was my first thought, too.

Maybe unpopular opinion, but I like the original one more. Its busy yes, but its unique at least. I’d get rid of those fake vents and dull down the edginess of the bottom edges, but overall the design looks cool.

It’s cleaner, but now it's an elantra

Dunno, it's good work, but the internet commentariat will shout BORING one way, and TOO BUSY the other. I like that Honda is making a wild Civic. At least it doesn't have a whale mouth.
