Because it was a MAJOR backing in an expensive sport by a company no-one knew who it was before 1 year ago, and still know very little.

It’s because the whole thing is some kind of bizarro-world alternate reality.  How the hell does an “energy drink company” that sells basically zero product get a bunch of backers and enough $$ and credibility to back an F1 team?  Seems interesting to me.

I agree the decision by NBC to not put this on one of their channels live was a horrible one, but the race did broadcast on the NBCSN app in its entirety live.

You obviously do not have a fun or entertainment bone in your body.

Man did somebody poop in your cheerios today?

BOOOOOOOO, BOOOOO this is a bad take. These movies are fun, and cheesy and perfect.

I love John Hindhaugh’s commentary. He is honestly one of my favourite ever commentators

Oh that’s easy. I’d take the Chevrolet. Because real people are amazed by them, and I’m a real person, so I’ll probably be amazed that it’ll surpass 100,000 miles.

Sure you can:

You can’t spell “fiasco” without FIA.

I allllllmost bought a used one last month. It’s a lot of car for the money, and in spite of everyone’s jokes, my experience with the LR4 that I own (and is essentially the SUV version of the XJ) has been very good and reliable. I just couldn’t pull the trigger because Jag’s interior is not up to the standards that it

Zach Smith looks like a guy who tells his friends, “I know they have to act like that, but that stripper was definitely into me.”

Do you understand what it means to be an athlete on the level of the world stage? At it’s most basic level it means that your body is better at that thing than others. I could run against any womans runner at that level and they’d be faster than me. I could train for 5 years and they’d still be faster than me because

People do not test drive a car for three years, three months or even 3 hours. They sit in it and drive it for 15-30 minutes and if they feel like they’re in a bunker they don’t buy it. But let’s put that to the side, why do you think the Camaro isn’t selling as well as the Mustang and Challenger? The engines are great

“Charlie Chesbrough, senior economist for Cox Automotive, told AutoNews that he has a working hypothesis. Mainly, it costs more to buy a car these days, and it’s tough to borrow the money to do it. It’s pretty tough to sell to a market that doesn’t have the means to buy.”

“So unless things have changed in the last 25+years”

The older I get, the more I realize something: People suck.

It MIGHT be an allowance for the Manual variants which the Charger does not have. *shrugs*

I do not work for FCA nor did I stay in any particular hotel last night.

Not sure why, but I feel like they should make one powered by a 5.9L Cummins with a 4" exhaust.  Might as well.

God that was awful.
