@brijazz: Well Macbook Air can get your work done....better than the iPad and not so much upto the Macbook Pro standard. Its somewhere in between. The existence of the iPad does in no way make the Macbook Air obsolete.

@dan.preiser: Thats not what Matt said....Matt compared the iPad to the Macbook Air...MB Air runs OS X and the iPad runs iOS4...big difference.

Ok guys, seriously....there are other things to do other than email, facebook, youtube and surfing the web. The iPad is a nice little portable for the lighter things...but you need a proper OS to get down to serious business.
