Why do the two things need to be mutually exclusive?

I know, just bugs me they are allowed to use engineer in their name. None of their members are engineers, they are operators.

So they need to move the plant. Give the current employees a choice, move with the plant (if they don’t move it to Mexico), or get laid off.

Mind you, I reckon the engineering and programming staff are compensated nicely...

Ah, the operating engineers union. I know several people that are in that union, they would be unemployed if they weren’t. Also, please don’t use engineer if you don’t have an engineering degree, it’s a protected title.

“Skimming off”? His company profit is his, not his employees. His employees are paid a wage for their labour. If they think they aren’t paid enough they can either renegotiate or find another job.

Most workers are incompetent. Those workers need unions because they are easily replaceable.

I imagine actual car seats go through safety testing that these don’t go through. The chances of you getting into a car accident sitting in your living room is pretty low.

It may not suck, but I doubt it’ll make enough to get a sequel. This will be a one and done.

They should be able to appoint someone else if the First Lady doesn’t want to do it (I know they probably can’t or aren’t allowed). At some point the work needs to be done by someone, anyone.

It’s part of politics. My wife works in the public service as a diplomat, and while overseas, as a diplomat’s spouse, I was expected to go to all these diplomatic events. I did it to support her, because at the time she was paying for us to live while I built up my own company.
