sweet. this totally worked seamlessly with my work places outlook calendar on exchange 2003. now i need to get home to see if ical synced wih gcal. thanks lifehacker and thank you google.com

i hate that IE is the default browser at work, esp working in IT. I have no appreciation for it., even if it's IE7. Why not IE8, that would at least be a little bit better. The problem-the companies intranet apps and software in general. I've tried a bunch of different ones but they're all broken under these apps.

great tip. thanks.

awesome. i'm trying it out as we speak. sounds geeky but cool.

downloaded it earlier today on my macbook pro running 10.5.6 and it's CRAZY fast. So fast! Would be nice to set the home page as the Top Sites page but i guess it's as easy as pressing the top sites icon to get there from anywhere. i've always been a huge fan of firefox and 3.0 was nutzo fast when it first came out.

ditto!

man, that would be awesome. windows live skydrive is the current go to solution. hope, if a google web drive will exist, that it provides more storage than that.

i use ebay's [half.com] to buy and sell and buy on amazon, when i have to. i love this. i have saved SO much $$ on school books AND made money on old books vs. tossing them out. i've also saved tons by buying used media on these sites as well. it's a must have.

i did this and its set up to the T. except how do i transfer files from the mac to the pc? shouldn't the pc show up somewhere in my finder?

quite amazing. it wasn't very exact with me. i had to swipe many times to go anywhere and attempt to hit the buttons countless times in order to play. it's an awesome concept, but i agree with the author, "you'll look like a flailing crazy person while you use FluidTunes." I'll have to pass the app around though.

hands down, for OSX leopard- screen sharing via ichat.

img2icns is a nice app. its tried and true for my cup of brew.

I like it. I can see how it's an evolution of the classic windows taskbar and i can also see how it's a rip off from OSX. The peek feature is nice and I agree with many who hope its not a RAM sucker. But perhaps in this instance, Apple could learn from them. Windows is coming along (slowly) and I'm happy for them.

I emailed lifehacker in order to try out the beta but I was too late. What I did was registered for tuneups mac osx beta program. They quickly sent me a password and the download link via email and wamo, i was able to download and try out the full featured program. I have to tell ya, it's awesome. It work perfectly
