How about a lawsuit for the number of times they have promised next day shipping and the package comes a week later. They give an option if you wait a couple days you get a few dollars back but when you use next day shipping it is still a few days late and you lose out one the discount.

They should do this for charity. Give the money to a charity that gives 90% to the cause and 10% to the charity that set it up.
