Why don’t they just embed a heart rate monitor? Like how they do on elypticals and tred mills at the gym as well as heat sensitivity. Then if there is an issue with heart rate and heat the car pulls over and auto dials 911. It could be used to predict heart attacks and dumb ass drivers.
