I never got the call :(
I've seen Stars live 11 times. They're basically my Tragically Hip - a band I never got into, despite being Canadian.
Square Enix is literally the worst at titles. This one can sit comfortably next to any Kingdom Hearts spin-off.
It's funny that this review went up because I just started playing this yesterday. I'm about 7 hours in myself, and while it's certainly better than 4, I agree with pretty much every complaint in this review. This game is a total mess, but it's giving me my Tales fix until Berseria hits Japan so I'll take it.
The AV Club
Come on, Simpsons Quote Generator, you should have had this one on fucking lockdown. Turn in your gimmick account, please.
Is this a gimmick account?
I'm super excited for this show to return. I'm less excited about TV Club inevitably dropping coverage.
"Even if you like these, I can't think of 10 more you should watch."
I, of course, will upvote any comment that features Baten Kaitos
" They have themes and symbolism to them, but aren't BEHOLDEN to them either— it's all about each individual project's direction and design that's key. So I think that's why each game released is a gem in its own right, more often than not. They're just telling their own unique story with similar gameplay mechanics…
If you can believe it, it seems like most people on the Internet who are diehard fans of either SMT or FE are rooting for this game to fail BECAUSE it's not a standard character mashup RPG. Although I see it more from the SMT side.
I wasn't going to get this at launch, but I realized it'll probably gone from shelves forever within a month so it's better to get in there now, I think!
The idol stuff is such a turnoff for me but the RPG stuff sounds really fun and addicting… Hell, I've played weirder JRPGs, and I'm sure I'll have at least a little bit of fun with this.
I'd chalk that up to Mike Barker being gone, who has always been the creative lead on AD! as far as I know. He left around the time the show jumped to TBS.
I still want a prison break season. It'd probably have to be the last one.
Those episodes were season 4. Season 5 was "Vice."
I actually think shorter season are a good idea. Archer is fantastic but has been showing it's age since… well, season 4, really. I think a shorter run will be beneficial in not having to spread out too much material.
Hey, The Middle is a good show! And not just because I have a huge crush on Neil Flynn.
