You might save $ on gas with a hybrid vs gas SUV (333 gals x $4/gal = $1132), but just looking at the starting prices, a Tahoe hybrid is $13,000 more ($51,970 vs $38,755) than a regular Tahoe so it's going to take you many years in gas savings to recover that initial cash outlay.
